The Scholarship Programs of the Educational Advising Center (EAC) aim to promote the values of an open society by means of offering the best students of Moldova support to pursue undergraduate and graduate studies in the field of social science and the humanities within an alternative cultural and academic environment.

The purpose of the program is to offer young people from Moldova, study programs in foreign countries, in areas of great relevance for the country. These programs have a positive contribution to developing open society in Moldova, by providing an educational system that approaches ideas in a creative, comparative and critical way.

All network scholarships are granted via open, merit-based competitions with multi-tiered, impartial selection procedures. NSP deadlines and eligibility vary by program, please read the terms of the programs offered in the announcement placed on this web page before contacting the Educational Advising Center for an application.

The candidates who correspond to certain requirements (which are specified for each program) must fill in an application form available at Educational Advising Center or at the Soros Foundation-Moldova offices. The final selection is made by OSI NY/Budapest, with the participation of representatives from the host universities.
