EAC is a non-commercial, non-governmental, non-profit, apolitical organization constituted in the organizational-legal form of a private institution which operates in conformity with the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova and the law in force of the Republic of Moldova. CIU is interested in establishing partnerships with organizations/institutions, authorities, and donors at the local, national, and international levels that operate in areas related to the organization's mission, status, and strategy. CIU is guided by and adheres to its internal procedures and policies regarding decision-making transparency and does not accept activities that conflict with the organization's values. CIU represents a complete, up-to-date and impartial source of information from the Republic of Moldova, providing details about study opportunities abroad, as well as educational programs and projects available in the country. EAC’s mission at the international level is to encourage educational mobility of students and graduates from the Republic of Moldova by: providing accurate, comprehensive, up-to-date and unbiased information concerning alternatives of undergraduate or graduate programs, degree and non-degree, at colleges and universities from abroad, accessible information to all individuals interested in educational programs, trainings or research abroad; promoting the values of an open society by offering to students, university professors, researchers, leaders and professionals from the Republic of Moldova the possibility to participate in a series of rigorous and com - petitive educational and capacity building programs conducted at local and international level. EAC’s mission at the national level is to support a range of educational initiatives designed to integrate and support different target groups by: offering a series of scholarship programs and educational projects to promote academic excellence, digital education and a modern approach to the study process; providing support to vulnerable youth by offering them the opportunity to earn education, participate in training and internships that will facilitate their integration into society; facilitating the placement of young people in commercial and non-commercial entities; preparing and training beneficiaries for participation in educational programs; facilitating the access of beneficiaries to modern technologies; support to schooling and educational institutions and organizations. EAC aims to achieve these objectives through the following activities: free of charge consultations regarding the process and admission requirements for studies abroad; administration of the SAT standardized test; organization of different events within EAC and in the regions with the purpose of promoting the Center: presentations (including video presentations), lessons, seminars, conversation groups, participation in educational exhibitions; access to current informational resources at the EAC library; access to the internet and other facilities (electronic databases, audio equipment); maintenance and updating the EAC website, Facebook and LinkedIn pages;

participation in national and international specialized events meant to promote educational links and to consolidate capacities, between Moldova and other countries. Programs and projects: Development and strengthening of institutional capacities in the field of European integration within the public administration of the Republic of Moldova, and support in policy development according to functional competencies, through the project "Technical Assistance to State Authorities in the Field of European Integration and Policy Development" – Soros Foundation Moldova, www.soros.md A digital education program dedicated to disadvantaged youth, aimed at contributing to their social and digital inclusion through technology and by facilitating access to the labor market, preparing them for the jobs of the future. Solidarity FabLab is designed to train vulnerable young people aged 14–25 who are eager to learn various digital techniques and tools such as 3D printers, sewing machines, laser cutters, electronic equipment and components, enabling them to develop practical skills and digital knowledge for future-ready professions Orange Foundation Moldova, www.fundatia.orange.md & Orange Foundation France, www.fondationorange.com/en Development of skills among young people aged 18–25 to help them enter the labor market, through a career guidance course as part of the project “CareerUP The Best for Your Future” Educational Advising Centre, www.eac.md Empowering young women from Chișinău and Comrat municipalities and nearby areas, including refugees from Ukraine, aged 18–40+, to access the labor market through a career guidance course, as part of the project “CareerUP Empowering Women” Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI), www.international.gc.ca/world-monde/funding-financement/cfli-fcil/index.aspx?lang=eng Digital inclusion of large families from socially vulnerable backgrounds in the Republic of Moldova, through the social project “The Orange Foundation Helps Internet for the Future” Orange Foundation Moldova, www.fundatia.orange.md Digital and entrepreneurial education for women and young women from Chișinău and its suburbs, aged 18–45, who wish to benefit from free courses in digital and entrepreneurial fields, so they can launch or grow a small business as well as improve their ability to use digital tools that are relevant and necessary on the job market. These activities are carried out under the “Women Digital Center” project, part of the Orange Digital Center Orange Foundation Moldova, www.fundatia.orange.md & Orange Foundation France, www.fondationorange.com/en The main events and promotional activities: Administration of the SAT exam , authorized testing center 58735, during the months of March, May, October, November, and December. Timely registration is required in order to select and confirm the test date, ensure seat availability, allow sufficient time for preparation, and meet deadlines for applying to colleges and universities abroad. Festive events within the programs: - Women Digital Center The festive event dedicated to the project took place in Chisinau on February 16, 2024 at the Orange Digital Center, and involved the awarding of Grant Certificates and the holding of the MasterClass “Creating an Individual Perfume”, facilitated by VIORICA Cosmetic SA. - Solidarity FabLab The closing event to sum up the results of the third edition of the project took place on April 27, 2024 at the Orange Digital Center, with the presentation of 15 projects developed by young participants, financial awards for the 3 most innovative and creative projects, as well as the awarding of Certificates of Appreciation to the trainers and Certificates of Participation to each beneficiary.

Projects and initiatives implemented and/or ongoing: 1. Project "Technical Assistance to public administration in the field of European Integration and Policy Development" (ongoing project) Description: The technical assistance project has two main objectives: strengthening the institutional capacities of public administration, particularly in areas related to the EU accession process and providing assistance in the transposition of EU legislation and the development of the regulatory framework related to the Concept on the Management of Natural Gas Networks Owned by Third Parties or without Ownership. Results: The elaboration of the draft Training Program of the Bureau for European Integration for the period 2025–2027; a follow-up event following the training course for 22 civil servants, conducted by Hertie School (Berlin); activities aimed at the development and strengthening of the institutional capacities of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure (MIDR) in the field of European Integration; the organization of a workshop with 20 participants on correlating the reintegration processes of the Republic of Moldova as well as the European Integration process, held during September 27–28, 2024, at Holercani Guesthouse; the organization of a Bootcamp for interns from the Government Internship Program 2024, during November 9–10, 2024, at Holercani Guesthouse, with 45 participants; the development of policies in the fields of energy and transport through the transposition of EU legislation; identification of optimal solutions for improving the management of natural gas networks owned by third parties or without a legal owner. 2. Project "Solidarity FabLab”, 3rd edition, 2024 (finalized project) Description: A FabLab is a small-scale digital prototyping and production workshop, equipped with digital production equipment and machinery: 3D printers, laser cutters, computerized sewing and embroidery machines, robotics kits, computers and electronic tools, a creative space open to innovation for all those who want to develop transformational projects for the community. Within the project, young people learn how to properly manage equipment and working tools, to develop their own projects from the design stage to the actual production, such as: smart lighting fixtures, logos on plywood, leather or glass, souvenirs produced on 3D printers, accessories embroidered on a sewing machine, etc. The project includes a series of short-term trainings (6 hours per subject) for initiation into the field of operation of the equipment and machinery found in FabLab centers such as the 3D printer, Sewing Machine, Laser Cutter, electronic equipment and components. Results: Between January and April 2024, 10 offline training sessions were conducted by the 3 regional Solidarity FabLabs (FabLab Soroca, Sîngerei, Orhei), with a total of 68 participants young men and women aged 14–25, across 4 core modules: 3D printer, digital sewing machine, laser cutter, and electronic equipment and components. While attending the courses, the project beneficiaries also developed their own innovative project ideas. As a result, 15 projects were created by the youth under the guidance of their trainers. The final event of the third edition of the project took place on April 27, 2024, at the Orange Digital Center, featuring the presentation of the 15 projects developed by the participants and awarding financial support to the 3 most innovative and creative projects. Certificates of Appreciation were awarded to the trainers, and Certificates of Participation were handed out to each beneficiary.
Goal: Development and strengthening of institutional capacities in the field of European integration of the public administration of the Republic of Moldova and support in the development of policies according to functional competencies. Funding agency: Soros Foundation Moldova Budget for the period October – December: 807.730,30 MDL / 46.317,46 USD Total budget: 246.232,00 USD Target group: Representatives of central and local public administration, central and local public administration institutions. Goal: Social and digital inclusion of disadvantaged young people through technology and facilitating access to the labor market, preparing them for the jobs of the future. Funding agency: Orange Foundation Moldova, Orange Foundation France	 Budget for the period January - April: 166,514.92 MDL  Total budget: 346.974,17 MDL Target group: Young people between the ages of 14 and 25 from unfavorable socio-economic backgrounds in the Republic of Moldova who are not currently employed, students and pupils passionate about innovation, who want to develop transformational projects for the community.

3. Project CareerUP - the best for you future (finalized initiative) Description: The Educational Advising Center has elaborated the pilot program CareerUP - a free of charge program, created specifically for young people aged 18–25, with an individualized and career-focused approach, with the aim of providing guidance and support in launching young people into the job market. With the help of qualified mentors, CareerUP offered an intensive 14-hour course, held over 2 weeks. The course was designed to help young people apply for studies, get a job or obtain an internship tailored to the specific needs of each participant. Results: Between May 17–31, 2024, 17 young people were trained on seven thematic modules: career management and planning; preparation of the professional portfolio; consolidation of the professional portfolio; job interview; nonverbal communication; negotiation and effective communication techniques; employment contract, job description and decision-makers. 4. Project “CareerUP” Empowering Women” (ongoing project) Description: "CareerUP - Empowering Women" is a training program dedicated young women from the municipalities of Chisinau and Comrat, focused on career guidance. Its goal is to deepen knowledge and expand job search strategies, as well as to develop the necessary skills for employment. The program was implemented in partnership with the NGO “Youth of Gagauzia” from Comrat and provided a 14-hour intensive course on guidance for applying to studies, securing employment, and/or obtaining a suitable internship divided into 7 modules as follows: Career planning and management; preparation of the professional portfolio; portfolio consolidation; job interview; nonverbal communication; negotiation and effective communication techniques; the employment contract, job description, and decision-makers. In addition, to facilitate integration into the professional environment, the project offered a basic Romanian language course (10 hours), aimed at non-native speakers from the Comrat region. Results: Throughout the project implementation in 2024, a total of 168 participants received training in career orientation sessions: 77 young women in Chișinău and 91 women (70 from the Republic of Moldova and 21 from Ukraine) in Comrat, organized into 6 training groups per center. 5. Social project "Orange Foundation helps. Internet for the future" (finalized project) Description: The project provided support to vulnerable families with three or more children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds, living in the regions of the Republic of Moldova, that are connected to the Orange fixed network. Each family received a free Fiber Internet and Home TV subscription for 12 months, a television, a smartphone, and a PrePay card. Results: The project was implemented in 26 localities across the Republic of Moldova, benefiting 126 vulnerable families with a total of 628 members (211 adults and 417 children, including 24 children with severe disabilities). Among the beneficiaries was the "Ajută un om" Association community in Chișinău municipality.

Target group: Young people aged between 18 and 25 who intend to apply for studies or enter the labor market. Funding agency: Canadian Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI)	 Budget for the period June - December: 22,453.00 CAD$ Total budget: 30.000,00 CAD$ Target group: Young women and women from the municipalities of Chișinău and Comrat, as well as from surrounding areas, including Ukrainian refugees, aged between 18 and 40. Goal: Digital inclusion of large families coming from socially vulnerable backgrounds, by providing free internet and television services as well as devices. Funding agency: Orange Foundation Moldova Budget for the period January - March: 80.963,00 MDL Total budget: 1.277.835,69 MDL Target group: Large families with at least three minor children in their care and a limited monthly income not less than 3000 MDL and not more than 8000 MDL, single-parent families with children, or families where at least one member has a disability. 6. " Women Digital Center " project within the "Orange Digital Center" (finalized project) Description: The initiative is aimed at the digital and entrepreneurial education of women and young women from the Republic of Moldova who want to acquire useful skills for starting or developing a business. The project aims to support the development of professional skills and the improvement of abilities in the use of digital tools, essential for launching or optimizing a business, and involves offering a training course on four thematic modules (digital literacy, entrepreneurship, online business promotion, useful applications and website creation) and 10 small grants for business development. Results: During the reference period, the selection phase of the WDC Small Grants for Women Competition finalists was completed, out of a total of 229 graduates of the training course previously held. Ten grantees were selected from the 16 submitted applications and each received a grant of 30,000 MDL, intended for launching a new business or for developing and expanding the economic opportunities of an existing business. An additional grant of €4,070 was offered by the Orange Group Foundation (France) as part of the Amazing Women Awards. The projects were implemented between January and June 2024 and were concluded with the submission of narrative and financial reports by the beneficiaries. The festive event dedicated to the project took place in Chișinău on February 16, 2024, at the Orange Digital Center. The event included the awarding of Grant Certificates and the hosting of a MasterClass titled "Creating an Individual Perfume", facilitated by VIORICA Cosmetic S.A. 7. Authorized Testing Center for the SAT Exam Description: The test is intended to measure students' basic competencies in critical reading, mathematics, and writing, including analytical and problem-solving skills. It is important to stay informed and plan ahead to select dates that best fit both academic and personal schedules. Generally, taking the test in the spring and later in the fall of the final year of high school is recommended, depending on the obtained score and personal objectives. The registration process should be planned in advance to ensure a spot is available and to avoid possible additional fees. The SAT score is used by higher education institutions as an important criterion in the evaluation and admission process, alongside other components such as high school grades, extracurricular activities, teacher recommendations, and a personal statement. Candidates can only register online: www.collegeboard.com Starting from March 2023, the SAT test is administered in digital format, and spots are limited. Statistics for 2024:

Goal: The Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) is designed to assess the academic readiness of high school students for college admission. Dates: SAT Weekend - is administered seven times a year, in March, May, June, September, October, November, and December.
