The Mason Fellows Program is a mid-career MPA program designed to prepare demonstrated leaders to initiate and implement major political, social or economic change by developing the necessary analytic, management, and leadership skills. Citizenship of a developing or transitional country and a minimum of 7 years of professional experience are required for admission to this one-year program; competitive candidates will have several years of experience at a senior decision-making level.
