The Eurasian Undergraduate Exchange Program (UGRAD) provides scholarships for one-year, non-degree study at U.S. institutions of higher education to outstanding students. Scholarships are available in the fields of accounting, agriculture, American studies, business, computer science, criminal justice, economics, education, environmental management, hospitality management, international relations, journalism and mass communications, law, political science, psychology, and sociology.

Scholarships are granted to candidates who are enrolled as first-, second- or third-year (in a five-year program) full-time undergraduate students at the time of application at a registered academic institution.
