Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship Program (Muskie) provides opportunities for graduate students and professionals to be enrolled in graduate degree, certificate, and non-degree programs lasting one to two academic years in the fields of business, economics, education, environmental management, international affairs, journalism/mass communications, law, library and information science, public administration, public health, and public policy.
