Educational Advising Center the Open Society Foundations invite interested candidates to apply for scholarships within the professional training and
development program for civil servants from Moldova. The aim of this scholarship program is to facilitate the process of improving the level of knowledge
and expertise of civil servants within the central and local public administration, who are involved in the achievement of responsibilities in the
elaboration/coordination/implementation of public policies, strategic planning and authorities’ management.
