In this edition, over 200 female students from two vocational education institutions in Cahul and Ceadir-Lunga had the opportunity to develop the skills needed to enter the labor market or to start their own small businesses. The participants benefited from training sessions covering career guidance, digital literacy, and financial education. An important component of the project is the Practical Guide for Teachers and Students, which provides comprehensive materials on the training modules. It was distributed to vocational schools to support the preparation of future generations of students. At the end of the project, two career fairs were organized in Cahul and Ceadir-Lunga—events aimed at facilitating direct connections between students and potential employers. These events brought together the entire educational community, along with representatives of local authorities, partners, and local businesses. The project is implemented in partnership with the Vocational School No. 1 in Cahul and the Vocational School in Ceadir-Lunga, with full financial support from the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI).
